Guatemala, 7 April 2014. From today onwards, blue shall be the colour of the International Commission against Impunity in Guatemala (CICIG). Blue is more consistent with the message of equality, justice and fighting impunity of the Commission. While our colour changes, our commitment to Guatemala and Guatemalans remains unchanged.
