Guatemala, July 30, 2012. Commissioner Francisco Javier Dall'Anese Ruiz was recently invited by the Italian Institute of Culture to give a presentation on the Italian Mafia in the 70s and 90s. The Commissioner delved into the history of the Mafia and emphasized the achievements of Italian prosecutors Giovanni Falcone and Paolo Borsellino in the fight against these criminal structures.
